This is the second and last time I use Benjamin Franklin. I had a pipe burst in my front yard and due my last work was a ""Priority Customer"" and got Kim out to my house. He was on it about getting water back to my house as soon as possible, but that was about it. As soon as he got paid I had to track him down for answers and time frames for the completion of the project after that...he got his money and was outta here. He offered no follow-up, which would have been nice considering the nightmare of a sub contractor, Todd Weist, that came in to dig the trench for the pipe...this guy did not care about my property at all. He clearly stated to me that he had no responsibilities outside of digging the trench and that is exactly how he and his crew handled it. No follow-up from Kim or anyone else at BF. Please, think and make another call before you use these guys...you might thank me later.
