Review content:
I originally called them to repair my backyard faucet and when the guy came out he explained to me he wouldn't be able to finish the repair that day and will come back with his supervisor on the following. I met them over my house that morning and asked him will they install a new toilet as well. After work was completed (although I came home to a filthy bathroom) I called the very nice lady and asked her the amount owed, which was over $600 dollars. I even went to them to pickup my receipt, shook hands and left,
2 1/2 weeks later I received another bill in the mail for $220. Not knowing what it was for I called back and was told that was for the faucet. Very confused , I asked "what was the six hundred for? " I was told that was for the toilet. Yes, $600 plus for a toilet. And that the two hundred was a separate bill because it was a second service call.
1st: Why get the faucet bill over 2 weeks later when that was what they where originally called for.
2nd: It was two different service calls, something their management did not want to hear or believe.
I still refuse to pay that last bill because when I asked them for my repair ticket after total completion and my price was told and therefore paid, I feel our business was concluded. Making up more charges weeks after the fact is absurd and very unprofessional.
And last thing, my faucet still leaks........
