So glad I stumbled onto these folks! I've been buying my hardware supplies at Home Depot and Ace Hardware because that was all I was aware of. Their pricing is highway robbery, and the quality as low as available. Particularly Home Depot. They have absolutely no conscience.\r
Eames is like a breath of fresh air! The people know their business, and are johnny-on-the-spot...you don't have to hunt them down and insist they help you. It's like they actually want your business, and value you as a customer! No resentment for coming into the store and inconveniencing them! What a concept! Sure wish it would catch on...\r
Go give them a whirl. You won't go back to those big chain stores ever again.
