I am shocked at some of the reviews I read here. I have nothing but praises. I took my puppy to them for vaccinations and it was a great experience. The took the time to explain the process, the costs and that I would need to come back for "boosters". This had been explained already by the breeder. In any case Dr. Lannes was great. She took the time to explained the pros and cons of "mini schnauzers" so that I could be aware of what to look for as he develops. All in all it was a great experience witha fair price tag, and a lot of one-on one time with the vet. I told my husband, I spend more time with Dr. Lannes than with my own doctor! The techs and the reseptions time were"loving" my puppy up, and it felt like they really were doing everything they could to make him feel comfortable...he still did not like the shots!
