I have used Pace Chem-Dry to clean the carpets in my rental properties for the last five years. The technicians are able to remove stains that I thought would never come out. They leave the carpet quite dry unlike other companies I have used that leave the carpet soaking wet. I always use this company and tell my property manager to use them as well. The pricing from Pace Chem-Dry is very competitive, so why not use the best company around?
