I hate to give a bad review for Pace Chem-Dry, but the most recent cleaning job they did for me was terrible. It took them forever to clean my living room and now my house smells ...

Very pleased, excellent service. 4/20/2016

Well Pace Chem-Dry washed all of the upstairs carpets so that was a quite a job on a two story house. They were very courteous, provided a very quick estimate and they asked me before if it was OK. They explained all the different levels of service and they did a good job explaining. They were very efficient. They showed up on time, they were very polite. I had had some others carpet cleaners recently that were awful so I was very happy with them. more

An Excellent Experience! 4/18/2016

I've used Pace Chem-Dry 2 years in a row. I live in a tiny apartment and I am satisfied with the results from Ryan. Prices are economical. A very professional company that knows what they're doing. I will be using them again. more

Unsatisfied with my most recent carpet cleaning 3/18/2016

I hate to give a bad review for Pace Chem-Dry, but the most recent cleaning job they did for me was terrible. It took them forever to clean my living room and now my house smells really bad. I'm not sure what happened because they've always done a good job in the past, but this most recent experience made me very unhappy. It makes me wonder if they even cleaned the carpets. I wish I would have asked them why the carpets smell but I'm so upset that I can't even bring myself to call them. more

Very professional, polite and always do a thorough job 3/17/2016

We have been using Pace Chem-Dry for years, because they are fast and I think their prices are reasonable. They can almost always come right away, and when I call for an appointment I don't have to wait more than a week--it is pretty fast. They just cleaned our carpets and everything turned out great. Every single person Pace Chem-Dry has sent has been great, but Ryan usually comes. He is always polite, professional and does a good job. more

Excellent Work 2/26/2016

The guys over Pace Chem-Dry did a great job! Our carpets look amazing thanks to these guys. Our carpets look brand new which is incredible because there were some seriously heavy stains from our cat. I am just surprised at how good it looks and how quickly they were able to do it. I honestly can't say enough good stuff about their work and if you ever need any work done on your carpets, the guys over at Pace Chem-Dry are the ones to call! more

We've been using Pace Chem-Dry for several years and continue to hire them because they do a great job. They've cleaned every single room in my home and provide extra deodorizers for us after they clean all the carpets. Their prices are comparable and whenever they come, my carpets look sparkly clean. Pace chem-Dry is a great company and I would recommend them. more

Very good experience. 2/4/2016

I have had Pace Chem-Dry come in and do my carpets many times in the past and they always do a really good job. I haven't had them back here in awhile but not because I didn't like the service, I have just been buying there spot remover and getting good results from that. When I do require a more deep cleaning I will be calling them back in to do a full service cleaning. They are very good and professional. more

Efficient and on time. 2/3/2016

Pace Chem-Dry sanitized, cleaned and deodorized the carpet in my home. They were efficient and had good customer service throughout the process. The guys who came out were professional, efficient and cleaned up and made sure the carpet looked brand new again. I would definitely go back again. more

Solid work, would go back. 1/21/2016

Pace Chem-Dry worked on my carpets in the house. The kid that came out was really nice and he was really good, my only problem was it took too long to dry in the bedrooms. The family rooms dried well with fans that were out so I figured that's why the bedrooms took so long because it had no fans. The carpets came out great in the end, I would give them five stars on everything even though it did take a little long for the bedrooms to dry. I would recommend them. more

I've been using Pace Chem-Dry for years and I've never had any problems. They've always arrived on time and come prepared and when they leave, my carpets look fantastic. You won't be disappointed if you hire them. more

They did a great job! 12/15/2015

It was our first time using Pace Chem-Dry. Their pricing was reasonable and better than other carpet companies in the area.They cleaned the carpet in the house we used to live in, which includes a living room and 3 bedrooms. Their work turned out great. It really looks great! I would continue to use their service. In fact, my husband and I were thinking of calling them to clean the carpet in the house we just moved into. more

Pace Chem-Dry has been cleaning my carpets for a few years and I continue to call them when I need a touch-up. They help me move my furniture around so my caregivers and I don't have to do any work and they've always been professional. The carpets look good every time and I continue to use Pace Chem-Dry because of how reliable and friendly they are. more

Pace Chem-Dry did a very good job cleaning my carpets. I'm going to have them start coming twice a year. The technician was on time, respectful of my home, and helped me move my furniture. Everyone there is professional and friendly. The work is thorough and I recommend them to everyone. They are great. more
