I had a new associate in July, 2015 who did not listen and did not write down my request for an oil change. The associate went home sick and he did not alert another rep that he was responsible for work on my car. I was at the dealer for 2.5 hours when another rep called me. It took 3.5 hours to complete work on my car. Poor communication by a new associate caused the problems. I went in to Rick Case Nov 30, 2015 and found that the prior associate never did the oil change in July, 2015 which was the due date on the sticker on my front window. Very unprofessional and irresponsible when an associate does not communicate with staff and work was not done. .
