Review content:
We felt pressured to do expensive work last spring: my husband had just undergone severe surgery and in dealing with his recovery we did not do due diligence in getting another opinion/estimate of work. While the fault was ours, we do believe we were pressured into the work by the "salesperson." The gentlemen who did the work were very competent and pleasant. though.
It was a lesson to us and, I might add, the first time we felt a bit taken advantage of because we are over 70 years old.
We recently had Mike Council again and were fine with what they did. When asked about the work we had done last spring, we have told people that Mike Council did excellent work, but were overpriced and we regret not getting a second opinion...might have verified that Council was the company to choose, but we will never know.
