I am still so appreciative of the late night service and ethical treatment that I received from Ruben (an employee of All In One) one late night last March, that I decided to write this review. My ford explorer died in Hopland (at 10pm on a Friday night) and Ruben came to my rescue. He arrived promptly and towed my car to the All in One Shop in Ukiah. He tried multiple ways to get me back on the road. It turned out that I needed to get a new battery and alternator the next day... but I appreciated all Ruben's efforts to help me and advise me on repairs (that had to be done elsewhere over the weekend). This is my first Yelp review, but Ruben deserved this. Also, I would have rated the business with 5 stars... but the shop itself was not as clean/organized as it could have been. Hope I don't ever break down again on my way from SF to Lake County... but if I do... I will call All in One.
