Great service. I needed my truck towed to the dealer at night and called OnStar for a tow. They sent out All in One. They arrived on time, the driver knew his stuff and he even called me to let me know he got the truck to the dealer with no problems and he left it in a secure area. That is the kind of service you don't get every day. more

Man, I tell you 9/4/2014

Man, I tell you what a relief to have such great service. It was 20 degrees outside in the middle of Raleys parking lot in south lake Tahoe. Jody Ferrill was my service guy. He kept great communication with me via phone. He arrived quick and towed quick. He backed into my crazy snowy and very narrow driveway with extreme caution and precision. It was flawless. I love my little car and he took great care of it. A very professional and experienced tower. Maybe the best I’ll ever have because of the skill needed for the job! Great Job! Thanks. more

I had to program 9/1/2014

I had to program my PCM and the only place that can do this is a dealer or a shop that has the correct tool. I had it towed to their shop and the owner had mentioned that the PCM rarely good bad so I took his advice and had it diagnosed and it turned out to be a blown fuse they saved me $250.00. Glad that I took it there. more

Without a doubt the most pleasant experience I have ever had taking care of DMV-related tasks. Kathy is infinitely knowledgeable and helpful, taking care of my registration faster than I ever thought possible. This is the only shop I get *anything* done at in the entire area. more

I was stranded deep in the Mendocino National Forest when squirrels ate parts of my engine. After a few towing companies decided not to get me because it was too late All In One Towing came to pick me up. The driver, Ruben, spent the entire night getting my car out and everything in his power to help me out. I recommend the towing service to everyone! In the afternoon 7/21/2014

In the afternoon our truck's vacuum pump blew on Hwy 20 on the Mendocino County Line. We were pulling a travel trailer. Our insurance gave us the number for All In One Auto Repair & Towing. Within 20 minutes a tow truck was out to get our truck and trailer. Keith the driver was quick in getting the truck on the flatbed and the trailer hooked on. He brought us to the Ukiah Fairgrounds RV Park for the night where we had full hook ups. Keith gave us a loaner vehicle so we were not stranded and recommended a restaurant. He was able to get the parts quickly and the truck was ready by noon the next day. The bill of sale was reasonable and honest. We arrived home safely in the Bay Area. We are very thankful for All In One and Keith was great! Thank you Keith very much. Break downs can have a bad turn out but thanks to you we had a good experience. more

I had my smog 7/15/2014

I had my smog done here and it was fast & easy. The price very reasonable...then I found out that they have a DMV there...so I transferred my truck right there! Every one there was awesome, super friendly...and I am spreading word...no more waiting in line to do your registrations! WHOOOHOOO! more

Wow! I really have to recommend this place to everyone! I went in to have my vehicle smog. The gals in the front office were very friendly & helped me right away. In about a half hour my car was smog. The smog technician there was also very friendly & really knew his stuff. When I went back in to pay for my smog. I found out that I could actually transfer my truck in to my name there! No long line at DMV! The transfer too only a few minutes and I was on my way...out the door and happy as a clam! I highly recommend this place. The guys working there were really helpful and told me what needed to be done and why before doing it and the ladies at the desk were very helpful in getting all my DMV paperwork filled out correctly. more

I am still so 5/27/2014

I am still so appreciative of the late night service and ethical treatment that I received from Ruben (an employee of All In One) one late night last March, that I decided to write this review. My ford explorer died in Hopland (at 10pm on a Friday night) and Ruben came to my rescue. He arrived promptly and towed my car to the All in One Shop in Ukiah. He tried multiple ways to get me back on the road. It turned out that I needed to get a new battery and alternator the next day... but I appreciated all Ruben's efforts to help me and advise me on repairs (that had to be done elsewhere over the weekend). This is my first Yelp review, but Ruben deserved this. Also, I would have rated the business with 5 stars... but the shop itself was not as clean/organized as it could have been. Hope I don't ever break down again on my way from SF to Lake County... but if I do... I will call All in One. more
