We have been quietly enjoying our solar system since May of 2010. Azim was a delight to work with and we have seen him several times over the years, as he was checking in with us. We had two micro-inverters go out and Azim was right on it.
Then, in September of 2013, our neighbors tree came down and took out our power line and damaged the pipe going into the electrical box...on a Sunday no less. My husband was out of town and I was trapped at the house by the tree, as it fell across our driveway. I thought it was going to be hopeless to try to get ahold of anyone on a Sunday. I left a message on Azim's cell and he call me back in 15 minutes! (On a Sunday! I love this guy!) He talked to the man from PG & E and then had me take photo's on my phone so he could see the problem. He was at our house, with everything he needed to fix the damage within 48 hours after the tree fell. He made sure I was safe and there was no danger to me or the house before he hung up with me on that Sunday.
