Wired Into The Future Solar

Wired Into The Future replaced the nonfunctional inverter in my 2007 solar power system and added a Sunny Portal computer monitoring system and an emergency power outlet. The company that installed my original system is no longer in business. WITF was very helpful in moving my panels for a roof replacement and have come through again for doing the above-mentioned work. They were pleasant to deal with, reliable, did the work when promised and in a reasonable amount of time. They chose good equipment to install and explained well why they chose it. They kept the work site tidy. I feel like they will be there if my solar power system needs other upgrading or repairs. I trust the knowledge of the company owner, Azim Rafaat. I highly recommend the company. more

After receiving bids from three companies, we chose Wired Into the Future to install solar on our home. They came in-between the other bids as far as price goes, but we felt very comfortable with Dean the owner, and their sales approach. No pressure tactics, and they answered all of our questions without hesitation. At the completion of the job, the owner of the company handed me a check for $750, (Can you say shopping spree!), they have a cash back special for installing solar. We learned that our neighbor was interested in solar, and we referred them to Wired Into the Future. It turns out that we will be receiving another check from Wired Into the Future in the amount of $400 for referring our neighbor. We have been quietly enjoying our solar system since May of 2010. Azim was a delight to work with and we have seen him several times over the years, as he was checking in with us. We had two micro-inverters go out and Azim was right on it. Then, in September of 2013, our neighbors tree came down and took out our power line and damaged the pipe going into the electrical box...on a Sunday no less. My husband was out of town and I was trapped at the house by the tree, as it fell across our driveway. I thought it was going to be hopeless to try to get ahold of anyone on a Sunday. I left a message on Azim's cell and he call me back in 15 minutes! (On a Sunday! I love this guy!) He talked to the man from PG & E and then had me take photo's on my phone so he could see the problem. He was at our house, with everything he needed to fix the damage within 48 hours after the tree fell. He made sure I was safe and there was no danger to me or the house before he hung up with me on that Sunday. If your looking for someone who is highly skilled, service oriented and stands behind their product, Azim is your man and Wired Into The Future Solar is your company! more

We just had our first PG&E "true up" bill and my total electrical usage cost for the year was $114. This was far better that the estimated values when we designed the system. I continue to be very happy with the system and the company and look forward to many more years of great production more

Wired Into the Future is an excellent company. Azim, the owner, installed a new attic fan shortly after coming out to our home to do an inspection and give an estimate. Azim was extremely polite, professional, and patient. He explained everything he was going to do. On the day if installation, Azim arrived promptly when he said he would and installed the new fan without any trouble. I was amazed at how quickly the process went. I had been looking into having solar power installed for about a year before finally deciding to do it. I found a company on line that seemed professional. They came out and took measurements...all seemed fine, but it became to communicate with them regarding the installation process and financing. During this process I found out the city in which I live had a Green program for homeowners who wanted to make power efficiency upgrades. I looked into it and came into contact with Azim from Wired into the Future Solar. He cooridinated the project with the city and myself so that everything was scheduled, completed and inspected in a professional and timely manner. I was so pleased with the job and the output from the solar panels I had him install additional panels. The system puts out more power than was guaranteed in his proposal. We've had our system for 1 year now and it has exceeded it's estimated production by more that 25! Wired Into the Future Solar followed up on every step they promised to oversee throughout the year. Azim really knows how to maximize the potential of a Photo Voltaic system. He is passionate, knowledgable and professional. If you want the most highly qualified person, then this is your company. Our neighbors used another company and have a solar system that is clearly getting only marginal sun exposure for thier location. I had three outfits come out: two big out fits and Azim, from Wired Into the Future. I found him off of the internet, and the solution he provided was much better tailored than the solution the "big" guys provided. I think the end-phase capacity of the inverters in each panel is far superior to what other people were recommending. He would also guarantee my power output, while the other companies said that that was something they could not do. Azim completed the job on time, in budget, and he followed-up real well. If I have questions, I can get a hold of him. He also returns his calls. All things considered, I'd say that makes him an unusual contractor, and I know you know what I mean! I've recommended him to others. In fact, my best friend bought a system from him, and he's as satisfied as I am. Ed Benson more
