In June 2010, our sewer decided to explore into our backyard. It happened to be over 100 degrees on a Saturday! I called 5 companies (left 3 messages for "urgent" call backs within the hour, and 2 message recordings were "closed" on the weekends). I had 1 of those messages return my call to inform me someone could come out on Monday! Then, I called Express Sewer & Drain - I found them in the Yellow Pages.\r

Express Sewer & Drain was the only "live" company that responded to our call for help as they are a 24/7 service company. Their representative came on that very Saturday, 1) analyzed/determined the cause using a "visual" camera feed; 2) provided a reasonable cost estimate (included a seniors citizen discount!) with timeline; 3) AND, were available to do the job the very next day! They had all the necessary equipment and team to complete the project within the timeframe given.\r

Express Sewer & Drain is a very professional company that does a great job from start to finish.
