HIGHLY recommended! They want your business, and they want you to be a repeat customer. That's the feeling I got when I hire them to inspect and locate my sewer. Their quotes for sewer line repairs beat the two other quotes I was given by more than a couple hundred dollars. Plus they were willing to negotiate and figure ways to lower the cost. They really worked with me and my budget. They were timely, professional, and very very honest. Plus, just look at their website. To me that's a biggy. Easy to navigate, explains things in layterms, and looks very professional. And they use all of the latest technology. Small businesses that take the time to brand their business, use the best equipment, and that pay attention to details shows me they take pride in their work, and really care about their business. That usually translates to good work product. ANyway, if you need local plumbing company in the Sacramento area, you should check them out! more

Excellent Service!!!!! 2/4/2011

If you want excellent sevice with a company that really cares about thier customers, go with Express Sewer and Drain. William came out due to my water heater not working and went beyond the extra mile in helping me out in getting a new heater from Lowes and just charged me for instalation. he could have tried to sell me one of their company water heaters, but he didn't, knowing my fianical situation and was prompt, courteous and went beond the extra mile in excellent customer service. it is so hard today to find companies that care about their customers, so it is refreshing to find a company such as Express Sewer and Drain who provide excellent customer service and are very reasonably priced! ( they are much cheaper than any other plumbing companies I have used and by far, the nicest) If I could give this company more than 5 stars, I would! They now have me as a customer for life!! September 2010, FAIL !!!!! 9/3/2010

Worst Customer Service Ever, i called on Tuesday August 31st and made appointment for a City of Colfax Required Video inspection and emailed them the whole city ordinance along with requirements and instructions to complete the job. Spoke with the owner to verify again it can be done. i was quoted a price and brought a check for payment on the spot. made an appointment also with the city inspector so he would be there as well at the same time. Today the inspector and i showed up, Express sewer DID NOT SHOW UP!!!, i called them from the property and they said it was out of their Scope of work. to clarify. he really meant the quote on the price of the job was not enough to make them happy... As a Real Business Owner and having many job orders to follow, most would have showed up , Honored the Quote and made up for it on ALL jobs in the future as the Whole town of Colfax needs this inspection. Therefore I CANNOT recommend any future service from the company as they have showed bad business practice!!! as a local Board Member I will be sure to get the word out. more

Professional, Friendly, Trustworthy, Respectful, Courteous! 8/12/2010

In June 2010, our sewer decided to explore into our backyard. It happened to be over 100 degrees on a Saturday! I called 5 companies (left 3 messages for "urgent" call backs within the hour, and 2 message recordings were "closed" on the weekends). I had 1 of those messages return my call to inform me someone could come out on Monday! Then, I called Express Sewer & Drain - I found them in the Yellow Pages.\r \r Express Sewer & Drain was the only "live" company that responded to our call for help as they are a 24/7 service company. Their representative came on that very Saturday, 1) analyzed/determined the cause using a "visual" camera feed; 2) provided a reasonable cost estimate (included a seniors citizen discount!) with timeline; 3) AND, were available to do the job the very next day! They had all the necessary equipment and team to complete the project within the timeframe given.\r \r Express Sewer & Drain is a very professional company that does a great job from start to finish. more

Great plumbing company, called Express Sewer & Drain for free estimate, William came out and inspected our sewer line for free, he comfirmed what other plumbing companys told us "Orangeburg tar paper sewer pipe" and gave us options for replacing our sewer. We spent the following day getting several more estimates befor realizing Express's price wasn't getting beat! The line was replaced the following day, our yard looks great, all thanks to William and Express Sewer & Drain. more

Thank You Express Sewer & Drain 12/28/2008

We had a estimate from Trenchless Company to replace our broken sewer line trenchless for $7000 which was alot of money for us so my husband and I decided to get other estimates. After calling several of the other big companies in the yellow pages we called Express Sewer & Drain who came out the same day. William, the owner TV inspected our line for free, and gave us an estimate to replace the line for $3800 which they included permits and meeting with the city inspector. We received another estimate for $6950 before we decided to hire Express who completed our sewer replacement the same week. Excellent customer service and price, you guys saved us $$$ thousands $$$. more
