Review content:
The service is good, highly recommended. We do thing there should be a way to flag our account that we are a Diamond customer so the service timeframe we ask for is honored without us reminding the staff each time, including the tech.. The services are not inexpensive, but the plus is that it is done well the first time. The technicians are well trained and very informative to the customer when questions are asked.
