We heard of Panel Town from my father-in-law who was very pleased with his wood floor purchase compared to another company he purchased from. After looking at many flooring stores in the Columbus area, we wanted to check out Panel Town. First of all, their prices were much better and they had a much bigger selection of wood flooring. We wasted our time looking at other stores! We ended up purchasing Sheoga natural character solid hickory for the first floor of our new home. We love the quality of the wood floor. We are very pleased with it and we get compliments on our wood floor all the time.
The customer service was great. Our purchase went smoothly. They delivered when we were ready since we were building a new home. The day of delivery, our driveway was muddy and the truck got stuck. I called the manager, Homdi Soliman, and he called a tow truck to come. Before the tow truck arrived, he personally came out to our house in Sunbury and carried in about 60 boxes of wood flooring to help his workers. His delivery guys were friendly as well.
The same day, our hygrometer (device that measures moisture in the air) that was given to us with our purchase, had been stolen out of our home by a contractor. The following week I went back to Panel Town to purchase something else and I saw Homdi. He obviously remembered me since he came to our home the week before. I told him about our stolen hygrometer and he without hesitation gave me another one free of charge without me even asking.
I had to write this review for many reasons. Their selection, pricing, quality and customer service were outstanding. Don't waste your time on going to other places. I know we won't next time we need flooring!
