Review content:
Imagine coming home from Grandma's house on Christmas Day and finding that your furnace isn't working. So you call the heating company you heard about from a friend, and explain what's happening. Then imagine that the owner of the company himself shows up within 30 minutes and fixes the problem in time to get your sleepy 9-month-old tucked in at bedtime. This actually happened to us, and this is why I can't imagine using anyone else!
