There were so many things I liked about Christensen Roofing. Sid is very professional in his presentation and interaction, and at the same time very friendly. The crew reported to work at the agreed upon times on the right days, and completed the project on time as well. They also cleaned up well after themselves every day.
I have clay tiles on my roof and the paper underneath needed to be replaced. I received a bid from a roofer who did a patch job on some tiles in 2008, and it seemed a little high so I looked up other places. The bid I got from Sid was substantially lower and very reasonable. He was about to head out for a week when we called him, so we scheduled it for when he got back and everything went off as planned. Their customer service was excellent; they explained the process and answered my questions. They completed the project as they said they would.
My home is 35 years old and the tile was imported from Mexico, so it's difficult to find replacements. There were some cracked tiles that needed replacing and he managed to find some that fit in perfectly. He did a very nice job on that. The whole experience was very positive and the roof turned out great.
