Review content:
Love older hotels and Palmer House wonderful that way. It is a real hotel. Went there the first time at nine years old and have been going back there since. You are close to everything including the best shopping, the elevated train, the lake, the Art Institute, Miller's Pub, etc. The personnel are wonderful. I like the restaurants there. Check out packages if you are concerned with price just to have the experience of the way travel use to be. I've paid full price but it felt like I got the value back plus some. Nice people work there. Love it.
