"Poor" rating is too good for this business. I signed up for an Amazon offer featuring a $39 "tune up" and 25 point service inspection. I guess with Managers like Garrett.....a "discounted payment" allows them to treat you like a "discounted customer". The total labor involved during the appointment consisted of a can of spray lubrication applied to the door hinges and track. PERIOD!!! If you SERIOUSLY want a tune up for your garage door....do NOT call this company. By the way....they don't even properly identify the name of the company when you call in; I wasn't sure what the company name was. Sorriest service (from the top down) that I've ever encountered.
