WORST service experience in my life 6/10/2014

"Poor" rating is too good for this business. I signed up for an Amazon offer featuring a $39 "tune up" and 25 point service inspection. I guess with Managers like Garrett.....a "discounted payment" allows them to treat you like a "discounted customer". The total labor involved during the appointment consisted of a can of spray lubrication applied to the door hinges and track. PERIOD!!! If you SERIOUSLY want a tune up for your garage door....do NOT call this company. By the way....they don't even properly identify the name of the company when you call in; I wasn't sure what the company name was. Sorriest service (from the top down) that I've ever encountered. more

Efficient and well-priced 6/4/2014

I am completely satisfied and impressed with America's Garage Doors' service. Making an appointment was a breeze and the repairman that arrived was punctual and personable. He took the time to perfect the repair and make the necessary adjustments to improve the operation of my garage door by tenfold. He was professional and extremely thorough. The prices were very good and the door is now smoother and quieter than it's ever been. This was my first time using them and I'd recommend them highly. more

This was my first experience with America's Garage Doors. I found them through a Google search. They replaced the rollers on my doors, and now they're a lot quieter than they used to be. The communication was great, they were on time, and they had good prices. I'd use them again. more

Courteous and professional 5/30/2014

America's Garage Doors got the job done fast. My springs were getting worn down and they replaced them for me. I called and they gave me a recommendation on the springs. They were very prompt and were out the same day. They got the job done in 20 minutes. This was my first time using them, and they did a very nice job. more

Fast, efficient, and reliable service with amazing customer service at very affordable prices. 5/29/2014

America's Garage Doors is amazing. I was stuck in the house with my kids and I needed to get out, but the garage door was broken. They came in less than an hour after I gave them a call, and they made sure to work quickly so that I could get out in time. They're very valuable, efficient, their prices are great, and they're just very very nice people. It was my first time using them and I would absolutely use them again if I ever needed to. more

Garage door panel repair. Two thumbs up 4/1/2014

I stopped by their office and talked to a gentleman about getting a panel replaced on my garage door. Every other company told me it couldn't be matched and that I had to replace the entire garage door. It was one dent in one panel so I couldn't justify replacing it with some cheap garage door. America's Garage Doors had their guy come out that day and replaced the bent section the next day. I recommend them to anyone who needs to get their garage door fixed right more

Quick Response 3/3/2014

We were in the middle of a major home remodel when our garage door broke! We contacted Ron with Americas Garage Doors and that same day Ron was there with another employee repairing the broken spring. We were thankful for the quick response and reasonable price. New garage door opener installed 2/28/2014

I bought a new garage door opener at Home Depot for $245 plus tax. It was $129 to have it installed and was going to take 2 weeks before HD could install it. I ended up calling you and had a new, quieter garage door opener installed by your company. So glad I was able to take the other one back. Your guy was quite the expert and explained how everything worked. more

Car stuck in garage 2/27/2014

My car was stuck in the garage this morning because my garage door wouldn't open. I had to be at work in an hour. I called at 7:45 and had someone at my house at 8:15. I was so impressed. Many thanks! more

New carriage style garage door installed 2/24/2014

I am building a new home in Jacksonville Beach. I called 3 companies and got prices on new garage doors and garage door openers. This company was very helpful and professional in walking me through the process. I used the door designer on their website so I could see what the doors would look like. I had them installed last week and they turned out better than imagined. Very good quality. Thank you more

Garage door spring replaced 2/24/2014

They replaced my broken garage door spring today. Very honest to deal with. I had some guy off Craigslist tell me it was going to be $99, then ended up wanting $400 - and he sounded a little shady anyway! I was glad you use a reputable company and will recommend to my friends more

Great experience 2/6/2014

We had our springs break on our garage door unable to get it up or down so I called America's Garage Doors and they were able to come out between an hour and half an hour. They were polite and professional. It was a great experience. more

Fast and easy service. Great responsiveness. 1/31/2014

America's Garage Doors replaced a whole new garage door and lift for us. I worked with a representative from their company on the design of the door. He sent me some styles, and we emailed each other back and forth. The installation was fast and easy. They finished everything within a day, but I was at work, so I'm not exactly sure how long it took them. I like the responsiveness of this company. I already have recommended their services to others. more
