We bought a stand alone Honda generator and got someone to come in and and wire it. We havent' used it in 2 years and recently I called Appleton Campbell to get someone to come out and help us go through how to power it and have power up and running through our house incase our electricity goes out. The receptionist told me they cant do that and I would have to contact Honda for that because they dont deal with that. THEN...WHY WOULD YOU HAVE SOMEONE COME AND INSTALL IT IN MY HOUSE IF YOU DONT SERVICE THAT??? I called another company and said they would be happy to send someone to guide us through it. I feel like you guys robbed me $3k!! RESPONSE FROM Appleton Campbell: I was able to reach out to this customer and apologize for the miscommunication. We installed the electrical hookup for a customer supplied portable Honda generator, not the generator itself. I think this may be where the confusion came from on our end. Although we are not certified to maintain this type of equipment we are certainly happy to send a technician out to assist with some of the questions they have.
