Review content:
I hate the service in the grooming department! Twice now they have mis-recorded my appointment. I took off work only to bring my dog over at the appointed time and they either had it recorded on the wrong date or just didn't have it recorded at all! And when I make any appointment, I have them repeat the time and date back to me. They still messed up!! I'll never go there again. I'll drive further to someplace else.
