I called Russo Bros. this morning and by early afternoon a plumber was at my door to fix two showerhead leaks. Sal G. was very professional. He was able to identify the problem immediately and he had the necessary parts in his truck. It was raining outside so he wore covers over his work boots as to not dirty my floors. Within a couple of hours the work was done! I have called Russo Bros. several times and the experience has been consistent. Excellent customer service from beginning to end.
