Had them out twice - once on a Sunday and once at 8pm at night - no after hours extra charge!! They wear booties in the house so they don't track in and outside. Andrew was fantastic! Soooo nice, great explanation of what had to be done, estimate before any work and the final price was exactly the estimate. Asked for a quote from Andrew for another project - will definitely have them back to do the work. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Rooter and especially about Andrew!!
