Our realtor referred A1 Factory Direct to us and they were able to come out right away to help us choose the right carpet for our house. We were about to put it up for sale and appreciated that they didn't try to sell us the most expensive thing they had, based on that knowledge. We were really happy with what they helped us choose.
Pam was the employee who helped us and she gave us a great budget-conscious price. We had to delay the installation in the midst of getting everything together for the house and she never tried to push us to do the service at any time. Once we called them to install the carpet, they were able to come out relatively quickly. The two gentlemen who installed it were very professional and did a wonderful job. They were very nice, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently. We had no issues with them whatsoever and were very satisfied with the service from beginning to end. I've already recommended them to several friends.
