Review content:
I had installed a new $3,850 central ac in my 980sq ft home in May 2014. In August 2015 my newly installed AC no longer works. I called Air Around the Clock, assuming they would at the very least ""trouble shoot"" over the phone, but no... they want me to pay a $90 service fee just to come out to tell me whats wrong. Then if repairs are needed on my brand new unit, additional service fee's for the repair man. I had replaced a central ac that i had for 20 years, not because it stopped working, but to get a more energy efficient unit. She said ""it's over a year sir, do you expect us to come out for free?"" She asked that question as if I had the unit for 10 years... seriously, she asked me with that tone in her voice. \r \r STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
