All right, first of all , this place is the biggest RIP OFF.. ok let me correct. not this place, the entire company is "not to make people healthy but to make money". I bought a membership in july as I wanted to lose some weight. Used it for 5 months and then bought a treadmill at home and also got real busy with my work schedule so couldn't make time for gym. According to their policy, when you sign up, you have to pay 2 months in advance (1st and last), that itself is a trick cuz if you decide to stop today, they still have 1 more months money in their pocket which is NON REFUNDABLE.\r
Secondly, you have to give notifications at least 30 DAYS prior EFT date for stop charging your credit card.ie, if they gona charge it on Dec 10, you should notify them to cancell by Nov 10 or else they will charge the card. So that means you pretty much pay them 2 months more than what you use the gym. So i decided to stop using the gym on november and they said they cant stop payment as its too late,
