Review content:
This is the worst excuse for a hotel that I have ever come across. My two children and I traveled down the CA coast from the SF Bay area all week and our final destination was here. We never got to stay here because Amol (the so called MGR) decided it wasn't worth it for him for us to stay there. He tried to run my credit card at 1:00 in the afternoon (long before our arrival) on the day I was to arrive. When the card declined, he tried calling me. He didn't leave a message and I didn't recognize the number on the missed call so I didn't return the call. Later that afternoon, I got another call from this number only this time I heard it and answered.\r
\r
Amol, proceeded to tell me that my card had declined and when I told him that I had another card, He began yelling at me and arguing with me accusing me of intentionally booking the room on an invalid card. After trying to convince him (without success) that I had not known the card was at its limit, he hung up on me.\r
