I took my computer to them about 6 years ago and they charged me over $200 to not fix my computer. They told me it was my mother board and replaced some things. After that I noticed that some of my programs were missing or not working right. It never worked right again and I ended going to Wal-mart and getting an inexpensive E-machine which I still have. My daughter and her husband bought a refurbished machine from them about seven months ago and it has already stopped working. I wish they had told me ahead of time and I would have warned them away. They charged them over $300 for a refurbished computer that is now worthless. They don't stand behind their work at all and only want more money to line their greedy pockets. I noticed some really good reviews on here for them and they all sound like they are written by the same person. Probably someone who works there. Would never, never, never recommend them.
