Wow. What a professional experience! Bill and Dan showed up on time and proceeded through the day in the most friendly and courteous manner. I have been sick for a week and really dreaded the thought of having this done today...something always goes wrong, there is always something I need to clean up or fix after the fact on my own with these situations.
But, NOT today! Today I had 2 super professionals in my home who covered every square inch of my home with clean and appropriate drop cloths, who washed the walls down where they took the old and new tanks through, who cleaned up so thoroughly that you would not have known they were ever there, and most of all did not make me feel uncomfortable in my own home while I sat on the sofa nursing my cold.
Such a great experience that the guys weren't even out of the driveway before I called the office to sing their praises. FANTASTIC! Thank you!
