Review content:
So cat of 16 years was put down....They gave him back to me in a fed ex box no fluids drained. Horrible experience. The cat was supposively fine according to women doctor (prob a dog doc). Ended up bringing cat to emergency room in Henrietta (Awesome but Pricey) he was dwindling. Emergency room had Laurelton keep contacting us. I wanted the cat to pass on naturally at home, but they kept harrassing us to put him down, but we couldnt even stay i the same room because we were so close. We wanted to be by his side at home. They harassed us for a week straight. After the fed ex box incident..they had the nerve to send a sympathy card saying they donated money to some fund. I rather them not give dead pets in fed ex boxes. They should put their money towards better personable service.[ not mentioning pets name because still assigned as regular vet as we wait to find a better cat vet]
