Review content:
The people are all polite and helpful. The plumber that they sent to us was Carlos. He has worked at our home before. He is always competent, polite, helpful, thorough and always has done top of the line work.
Magnolia always answers its telephone and shows up when it says that it will. It always has done the work properly and efficiently. They look at what you want done, tell you the price. When they are finished, the price is always what they told you that it would be. Their prices are high, which is why they did not get all five stars. Carlos, however, does deserve the five stars for his top of the line work and courtesy..
I have called other lower priced services. Few of them have bothered even to show up. Low prices might be nice, but if you do not show up to charge them, it is no help to me. Magnolia always shows up. Others have shown up, much later than promised and want to cheat me with unnecessary work or front money. Others want to half-do the job.
I call Magnolia because they show up, stick to the estimate, have competent and courteous employees and do the work properly.
