In reference to the two negative previous reviews, it sounds like they had some unpleasant experiences, which is unfortunate. However, it does not make sense that IF they received poor care/customer service, then why did they return ""numerous"" times to the clinic, with numerous pets? If I receive inadequate service at a place of business, then I do not return to that place of business again, especially if that means caring for my beloved pets. I do not want to discount their feelings in any way, but it is very difficult to imagine The Pet Vet not providing wonderful care to both pets and their families. Every place of business has the occasional negative review....however I can't help but wonder why a person would return to the clinic if they truly felt like the care they received in the past actually resulted in the death of their pet. I have great respect for the Pet Vet and the great work they do!!!
