Businiess name:  Bob Hamilton Plumbing, Heating & A/C

Review content:
I hired Bob Hamilton for one small and one major project in an old neighborhood. All I can say is thank God I was home while they were working! In the end the full scope of work was never completed. I was told that the city would have to fix a problem on their end and if they didn't... then BH would fix it for free... said it would be an easy fix, no problem at all. Three months later (and numerous emails/phone calls to the city inspector/BH), no results whatsoever. Although they did entertain the first couple emails/calls, BH decided to ignore the rest of my inquiries in hopes that I would eventually go away. They won. Did I mention that they didn't even begin the "smaller" job at all?
