im a black woman and i was having some ac problems this summer. and bob hamilton sent out to guys well mannered i thought. whom were cursing and smoking in my home and just not very professional . i called in to let the office personnel know and they said they would correct the problem which they did not.then the eqipment they put in for 8,000.00 and change did not work properly so i called them again they sent out some slick talking sales man cooky or someone and he talked at me like i was stupid. ive since had that junk taken out of my house RHEEM. and had another company put in some good working equipment with a smaller price tag was it because i was a black woman i feel like it they dont have any blacks working for them .in closing im very disatisfied i will be taking them to court. and i believe they dont respect black folk so they will never get any of mine or anyone i know of business
