Paul S. came out to do our annual inspection (we have a contract with Bob Hamilton for this service - highly recommend it for home owners!). Paul was on time, professional, very kind and friendly and did an excellent job of explaining each procedure and what we should look for. Of course I love the mat that Bob Hamilton people put at the front door and the shoe covers. I've done business with Bob Hamilton for nearly 20 years and have never been unhappy.
