I brought my chow mix in to Pet Palace for a bath and nail cut. My appointment was for 9am so I think I was one of the first ones there. I received a call about 45 minutes later saying my dog was done. My dog is 100lbs so I thought that was a little fast (I have brought her there before and it took almost 2 hours). When I returned to pick her up the place was a very busy, there was pee all over the reception area, and it was very hot inside. I payed my bill of $92.11 and took my dog home. \r

As I was driving I noticed that she was not opening her right eye and she was still shedding bad. After about an hour of still holding her eye shut I called Pet Palace to see if anything happened to my dog. They told me that she may have soap in her eyes to wash it out with water. I did so and it did nothing. \r
