I've been buying instruments from Rodney for years. When my daughter wanted to upgrade to an $800 flute, Rodney let her play it, then had her turn around so she couldn't see which flute he was playing. She guessed incorrectly, at which point he told her she wasn't ready. In short, he passed up a sure sale but showed me where his interests lay. He has integrity and has yet to ever charge me for repairs. My daughter finally got her new flute this year... that's what I call a low-pressure sale.
