In September 2013, our family was proud to become an “Air America” customer through Home Depot.\r
We would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to Ashley who was very pleasant and professional on the phone when making our appointment for an A/C replacement unit for my mom (Aida Artanis). The appointment was scheduled for 6:00pm – 8:00pm, but Ashley was able to have someone there sooner. Thank you Ashley!\r
Additionally, we appreciated her sending us Mr. Joe Nicolosi to assist with the estimate quote for my mom. He was very professional, knowledgeable, kind and humorous, which made the process easier for all of us. \r
It’s very difficult living so far away from my mom and having to help her make decision from a distance with any major break downs. Mr. Nicolosi graciously agreed to speak with my husband and I on speaker phone to allow us to hear what was needed and what the process would be if “Air America” was given the job. He was able to answer our questi
