My wife and I are first time dog owners, and just finished the 8 week on-lead course with our rescue dog. This course not only teaches the dog how to properly behave, but it teaches the owners as well how to best control your dog, and the skills needed for obedience. If you want a well-behaved, obedient dog, and learn the skills to obtain this, this is the course for you. Our dog's behavior has been night and day from the beginning. I would definitely recommend this trainer to anyone who asks, and I love the methods. One warning: if you are not willing to put in the recommended work during the week in between classes, don't waste your time or others in the class.
