Review content:
I was very disappointed at this pet hospital. First, the receptionist is rude. She's more interested in what her son is doing at the computer then the client. Second, the vet carried on a conversation with some women about his products. He saw me and never acknowledged me, I waited over 30 minutes for a nurse to vaccinate my dog. Third, one of my neighbor's dogs died at this clinic and all what he said the vet told him was ""come pick up your dog, she's dead."" Many of my neighbors have observed how awful the customer service is at this clinic. I am an easy going person, but if you don't pay any attention to me imagine the attention my dog will receive. Don't go to this clinic. The only reason he gets any business is becuase he is the only pet hospital/clinic in this part of SF. Stay clear of this place!!!
Pros: One of the nurses/aids was nice.
Cons: very small space
