I just wanted to say a huge THANKS for your recent service. Our furnace was on its last legs, and we needed to get a new one. Bob Shammy came out (accommodating my schedule at the last minute) and got us an estimate the same day.
We also got a quote from another local company, but we decided to stay with WoJo's, as you have always been very responsive to our service needs in the past, especially several times when it was an urgent situation.
That history of great service built great trust, and it was the largest deciding factor to stay with WoJo's.
Then, since we did not have heat, Bob worked it out to have the installation done as soon as possible. The two installers worked all day this past Friday and did an outstanding job. They explained everything they did, showed us how to work the new appliances, and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves.
I could not have asked for a better, over all experience.Thanks and great job!!
