New Lennox furnace installed less than 24 hours after old one died 3/6/2015

Bob was to our house to give us a quote less than one hour after calling WOJO's when our 22 year old furnace died during sub-zero weather. The installers did a super job installing the new furnace, leaving the work area as clean as when they arrived, and restoring heat to our house less than 24 hours after our initial phone call. more

Great experience 3/1/2015

We had to replace our fuel oil furnace in early January 2015. Our old furnace was 67-69 years old. They provided an able crew that replaced all the ancient duct work and installed the furnace. Price estimate was same as final price. We could not be more satisfied. more

Furnace Took a Dump 2/24/2015

My sixteen year old furnace went out at the worst possible time, in a sub zero weather front. II had Bob come out on a Tuesday and by Monday, Jordan was here and installed my new Lennox furnace. Jordan and Bob were both very professional and had a real concern for their customer. I have used Wojo's for the past 20+ years and will continue to be a loyal customer. By the way, the new furnace works like a champ !! more

I have always been satisfied with the expertise show by Wojo's technicians. They seem to know what is wrong by the symptoms and are able to fix the problems. 12/17/2014

The installation of our new furnace went smoothly and it runs and heats very well. I appreciate the fact that I now have easy access to the furnace workings and filter. more

I just wanted to say a huge THANKS for your recent service. Our furnace was on its last legs, and we needed to get a new one. Bob Shammy came out (accommodating my schedule at the last minute) and got us an estimate the same day. We also got a quote from another local company, but we decided to stay with WoJo's, as you have always been very responsive to our service needs in the past, especially several times when it was an urgent situation. That history of great service built great trust, and it was the largest deciding factor to stay with WoJo's. Then, since we did not have heat, Bob worked it out to have the installation done as soon as possible. The two installers worked all day this past Friday and did an outstanding job. They explained everything they did, showed us how to work the new appliances, and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. Great service in a difficult situation. 7/12/2014

We've been customers of Wojo's for years &have always been satisfied. However we recently had a flood in our home which destroyed our furnace, ac , & water heater. Wojos arrived at our home within an hour of my call and worked with us to replace everything , working around other services ,workers, etc. Wojos were always professional, courteous, kind, & respectful of our situation. Fantastic! Couldn't have asked for better service. 7/9/2014

Wojo's Heating & Air Conditioning has done some minor service on my furnace for the past 2 years and recently installed my new AC unit. I didn't make it easy on them! I had work being done to the basement walls and they couldn't do the installation until after the work was completed. It took longer than anticipated, but they were very patient with me and waited until I was ready for them. As soon as I called them they had an appointment set. They were right on time and came in first thing in the morning. They were quick and took care of the installation right way. I couldn't ask for better service! more

Prompt amd efficient 6/7/2014

After two service on my central a/c service tech determined that the leaks in my 12 year old unit could not be repaired. sales Mgr. Bob Shamy came to my house and wrote a proposal for a replacement unit.. Installation date was agreed on and the service techs arrived on time. They put drop cloths on the carpet where they had to walk. Their work was done in a timely and efficient manner. I would recommend the Lennox unit and Wojo's to anyone . more

These guys did a great job from the first visit and estimate to the installation on one of the coldest days of the winter. We had a number of frozen pipe issue already but they assured us that from the time off with old heater to time on with the new one would be less than 4 hours and they nailed it! I sent out an email applauding them to our entire subdivision on Facebook. more

Wojo's is terrific! They were very responsive and answered every question that we had. They scheduled us right away and did the job right. The technician who came out to install our new furnace was knowledgeable and polite. They also fit really well within our budget and gave us so many different options to choose from. They truly offered us excellent work at a wonderful price. We're completely satisfied. more

I have used Wojo's for heating and plumbing. Every time the service was outstanding. They went over and above to get the job done researching for the right parts and working around my schedule. Everyone was so nice and they were very careful to keep the work area clean. I recommend them to all my friends and family. They are just the best! more

New furance & A/C unit 12/15/2013

I called around and got 3 different prices for a new furnace and A/C unit for our home. Wojo's had the better price by far. The old units were taken out and hauled away with no mess at all. The new units were installed and operating within 2-days. The techs did a great job on the install and the customer service was great. Very satisfied more

I live in the Dallas, Texas area. I called to arrange service on a specific day and time. Service representatives met me upon my arrival in Perrysburg. They diagnosed numerous issues and promptly installed a new HVAC system, replaced a water heater, and repaired plumbing issues. Well trained, professional, and provided fair pricing. Highly recommend. more

Heat went out, called another company 4hours later no show. Hadve a 3 weeks old baby showed up within 20 minutes quick service, quick fix, and wonderful people. Next service call will be Wojo's first! more
