Our furnace broke and as a result there were strong gas smell. With this I really freaked out. I called on these guys and there prompt and very professional. The technician showed up within a couple of hours prior to my appointment. He diagnosed the problem, explained the problem to me, solved the problem, and serviced my heather all within an hour and a half. These guys were very knowledgeable and very professional, respectful, and they gave me bonus tips so that in the future that I might fix it myself. As well, he also gave me ring few days later to check on up heater which was VERY NICE and PROFESSIONAL. Image that! Most companies nowadays when their service is done the service is done. But them they do followed it up just to make sure if its working properly after few days which was great. With this they have earned a customer for life.
