Good attitude. Fast. Friendly and Professional. They don?t leave a mess like the way many other contractors do. It seems like no work had been done in my house where they have heating unit. Definitely trustworthy, and good service provider. more

This guys was on time, they?d showed the exact schedule that they?d given me. The technician was very polite. I mean he put a covers on his feet before walking in. I knew from that time that these guys were the one. They?d fixed my problem, efficiently, and very fast with great value. I knew now why these had been consistently getting high remark. more

We?ve really pleased in choosing the CongressionalHVAC in replacing our old furnace ducts and installing new AC. Kevin and his team were great all the way through, right from giving quote and getting the job done. The pricing was good and very reasonable, the technician was very professional and friendly at the same time. he?d been really patient in answering my questions. Great communication, they explained to me how does my ac and heat works, what I needed to do for the maintenance, they were prompt, friendly, efficient, and easy to reach. As well, they have a reasonable fee. It doesn?t get better than this! I?ll continue using these guys for all things HVAC! Perfect service and experience! more

Our furnace broke and as a result there were strong gas smell. With this I really freaked out. I called on these guys and there prompt and very professional. The technician showed up within a couple of hours prior to my appointment. He diagnosed the problem, explained the problem to me, solved the problem, and serviced my heather all within an hour and a half. These guys were very knowledgeable and very professional, respectful, and they gave me bonus tips so that in the future that I might fix it myself. As well, he also gave me ring few days later to check on up heater which was VERY NICE and PROFESSIONAL. Image that! Most companies nowadays when their service is done the service is done. But them they do followed it up just to make sure if its working properly after few days which was great. With this they have earned a customer for life. more

I am very happy with the results on how they fixed my aging wall heater fixed today. The technician was very professional, Knowledgeable, and friendly. Their guy was running early for my appointment. As a result, this gave me enough opportunity to prepare for their visit. The job had started early, completed early, and came in at estimated cost. Along the way, the technician had given me as well free advices for the maintenance of my heater which was a bonUs! more

Great service in here! Top NOtch! I discussesd with them my probs. And after terrible experience with another ac company from which they wanted to replace my ac unit for about $10,000!!! I mean IMAGINE that!!! This reposnded to my email and work hard to squeeze me in their busy schedule. They thoroughly explained everythoing to me, the serviced, repaired my unit for a reasonalble price. Such trustworthy and responsible guys. You have a customer for life!!!!! more

Their service makes you feel special. With all the choices/plans that kevin has presented, i got the one i really wanted. Switching over to congressional was probably one of the best decisions I've made. They quickly respond to repair and maintenance requests. more

Been with 'em for 3 years now, the best HVAC service provider here in Gaithersburg. It's amazing how they always get here on time. Service was never late. The repair men are awesome too, they leave the work area clean, so i don't get troubled with following some clean up. more

This was the one who installed my Air conditioning unit last year. Service was fine and all. I get monthly reminders to set maintenance sched. Units are not that cheap but considering their service for my home the whole year, the deal was really good. This was the 5th company i had so far, other service company offer crap services so I'm really thankful i got a good company. more

Congressional has been doing the HVAC work for my parents' home, so when i got my own, I had to get their service. :)\r the quality of service was the best. I contacted Kevin and after he assessed my home, he got me a few recommendations. Compared to other HVAC companies, congressional has the edge of keeping their customer satisfaction. They do it all from installation up to repairs and maintenance. They do regular maintenance on my system to make sure that everything works fine. They are easy to contact, and of course, politeness over the phone is also a big plus for them. more

Price was ok, almost the same with other companies. Punctuality is also good, they always get here on time. But the quality of service is what separates them from other companies. Other companies just let you go and choose your own units and are a bit impolite whenever i request for repairs and maintenance,while Congressional gets a bit more involved. They gave me a lot of options for the units and discussed the pro and con of each one. They have the most polite workers, they even made sure my carpets won't get damaged during their work. I always get friendly reminders to set my maintenance schedule(monthly). I'm proud of this company, I hope everyone gets to know about it. More power to you congressional! more

A year of good service 9/18/2015

I can't say anything about the quality of work. They are one of the best. I purchased AC units a year ago and they're still in best condition now. I call them for maintenance from time to time to make sure that my units would last a lot longer. Hope you could help more customer. more

Best in Maryland 9/10/2015

I'm amazed with the service they provide. They have one of the best service in Maryland. Last year i got AC units from them, then last month, i availed one of their generators. Service warranty is good. They assure you quality service. I do hope they could serve more cities here though. Keep it up! more

I'm happy with their AC recommendations. they give perfect advice to their customers. They try to discuss pros and cons of a certain unit before proceeding to the actual installation.
