After living in Putnam County for 4 years, & the public school system (CHS),completely failing to educate my child, we turned to PLA, where he has in half a year caught up to where he should be. This is a years worth of work. You receive weekly progress reports, & the class size is kept to a minimum, where your child can get the help if they need it. It is ashame we have to pay for what he should be able to receive in the public school system. I will say my child does not need any special services, but he was intimidated by the size of the school, & harassed from administration. At PLA the students are encouraged to succeed, and regardless of tuition, all teachers should be held responsible for helping students, and reporting their progress to parents.
