Well, I have seen some very good reviews of this company and wonder if I am crazy. I think I am a relatively easygoing person but we had the opposite experience. We picked Jacks because of all the good reviews but he had issues from the very beginning. We ordered windows for our entire house and a back french door. They told us everything would be in in 2 weeks. After waiting 2 weeks we called to find out the status. After a week, we got a call back saying that they didn't even order them because of some issue with measuring the door. It took another week to get someone out to remeasure. In total the original 2 weeks turned into 5 weeks. They were finally installed and the crew was great. Since installation we have had them out 4 times to look at one of my large windows that isn't closing. After replacing 2 window panes, we are still having the same problem. I guess there is a reason they give you a lifetime warranty. BUT I am tired of taking time off work to have them out
