Not a lifetime warranty. I purchesed windows fron Jack's in 1997 and was satisfied for a few years. The windows began fogging up and they replaced a few. Now there are 5 more windows that have fogged because of poor workmanship and they will not stand by them. They told me they do not make the windows and their supplier won't replace them. They told me I could pay them to come measure the glass and also pay to have them to get replacements. The service rep told me they have several unhappy customers with the same scenario, but the owner decided to handle it this way. I asked if the owner is the same guy in the cheezy commercials and she said he is. Now I have good reason to dislike that guy. \r
I would recommed that you go elsewhere for your windows because Jack's warranty is not real. I think Jack believes that his customers will move before he has to honor the bogus warranty claim. I surely did not save any money by using Jack's.
