I was blown away with how rude they were to me on the phone when I had questions. The make empty promises for free products if you have an in home estimate and if you buy a house full of windows. The site claims to be proud of their costumer service but it was HORRIBLE. I spent 10 grand on windows and never saw any of the promised promotions! Go elsewhere!
